Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle

    quotation requests

    for Europe (FIT) from travel agents.
  • Prepare

    detailed and cost-effective itineraries

    with competitive pricing.
  • Liaise with

    hotels, transport providers, and attractions

    to source rates.
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness in all quotations.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of

    European destinations, hotel categories, sightseeing options, and visa requirements

    .
  • Track and update supplier rates regularly to remain competitive.


Requirements

  • Min 2 years of B2B experience

    in Europe travel quotations (FIT).
  • Strong knowledge of

    Europe hotels, sightseeing, and logistics

    .
  • Good communication and costing skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in itinerary designing and preparing professional proposals.
  • Supplier/DMC contacts in Europe will be an advantage.
