Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a B2B Telesales Intern located in Noida. The intern will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential business clients, explaining our insurance products, and guiding them through the purchasing process. The intern will also provide excellent customer service, support clients with any queries or issues, and participate in training sessions to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Sales skills with the ability to effectively pitch products to business clients
• Willingness to participate in Training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales techniques
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office
• Prior experience in telesales or a similar role is an advantage
• Bachelor&aposs degree or currently pursuing a degree in a relevant field
