As a dynamic and driven Sales Executive, you will be responsible for both domestic and international inbound and outbound sales processes. Your exceptional communication skills and consultative sales approach will help you manage customer relationships effectively in both markets. Your main tasks will include generating leads, closing sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction to drive revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: - Inbound Sales: - Respond to inbound inquiries and customer calls promptly and professionally. - Understand customer needs through active listening and provide personalized solutions. - Qualify leads and convert inbound prospects into sales opportunities. - Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales progress in the CRM system. - Outbound Sales: - Conduct outbound calls and emails to generate new business opportunities. - Research and identify potential clients in domestic and international markets. - Initiate and follow up on sales leads, providing product/service information and closing deals. - Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospects for consistent follow-up and sales conversions. - Consultative Selling: - Build relationships with customers through a consultative sales approach. - Understand customer pain points, objectives, and business goals to offer personalized solutions. - Advise clients on product offerings, pricing, and additional services to enhance satisfaction and loyalty. - Market Expansion & International Sales: - Develop strategies for entering new international markets and identifying potential customers. - Adapt to various international sales processes, cultures, and communication styles. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of international sales orders. - Reporting & Forecasting: - Track and report on sales activities, opportunities, and revenue growth. - Provide regular updates on sales performance and forecasts to the sales management team. - Ensure accurate sales reporting in the CRM system. Key Qualifications: - Experience: - 2-5 years of inbound and outbound sales experience, preferably in a consultative sales role. - Proven experience in domestic and international sales processes. - Experience working with international clients and understanding diverse cultural dynamics in sales interactions. - Skills: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong consultative sales skills with a focus on understanding customer needs. - Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively with both domestic and international clients.
