The aim is to revolutionize the existing computer science, coding, and AI curriculum in schools with the Qbits offering. As our focus is on schools, your target stakeholders will include school owners, leaders, principals, and HODs. As a Manager at Qbits, your role is crucial in promoting Qbits by acquiring new customers (schools) and ensuring the retention of existing schools through renewals. You will be responsible for devising and executing effective sales strategies in your designated territory, fostering relationships with educational decision-makers, and driving sales growth. Your responsibilities will also include securing yearly renewals from existing customers and exploring opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct thorough market analysis to identify new business prospects. - Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers in schools. - Achieve sales targets to contribute to the company's revenue goals. - Handle renewals of existing school customers and implement strategies for upselling to boost revenue. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or Business Administration. - Demonstrated success in sales within the school education sector in India. - Strong pre-existing connections with schools in your assigned territory. - Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. In addition to the above, you should have a minimum of 3 years of work experience.
