Job Description

Role & responsibilities Conduct in-depth market research to identify target audiences and uncover new business opportunities. Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both prospective and existing clients to enhance engagement and foster loyalty. Proactively source, qualify, and convert leads into successful business opportunities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized proposals and solutions tailored to client needs. Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify strategic growth opportunities. Lead contract negotiations and close deals to drive revenue while ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. Respond promptly to client inquiries and concerns to support retention and build long-term trust. Preferred candidate profile Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation skills with a customer-centric mindset. Proven track record of consistently achieving or surpassing sales targets. Analytical thinker with a strategic approach to problem-solving. Recent graduates with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in sales are welcome to apply. 0-3 years of experience in sales or business development is preferred, but not essential. (Freshers are also welcome.) Bike and laptop are mandatory.
