Job Description

As a Sales, Marketing, Purchase & Office Coordinator, your role involves handling client communication, managing emails, and supporting sales operations using MS Office tools. Your responsibilities include: - Handling daily sales inquiries and client follow-ups. - Preparing sales reports and maintaining records in MS Excel. - Using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for documentation and reporting. - Drafting and responding to emails using Gmail and Outlook. - Communicating fluently in English (reading, writing, and speaking). - Maintaining proper records of leads and client interactions. - Coordinating with the internal team and customers to ensure smooth operations. To excel in this role, you are required to have: - Basic to intermediate sales knowledge. - Good computer knowledge. - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Familiarity with Gmail and Outlook. - Fluency in English (Reading, Writing, and Speaking). - Ability to multitask and handle office work efficiently. The company offers a flexible schedule and a compensation package including performance bonus. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, and the work location is in person.
