B2B Sales Executive

Job Title: B2B Sales Executive (Agri Bio-Fertilizers)
Languages: Must be fluent in Hindi and English

Job Summary:

We are seeking a high-energy and target-driven B2B Sales Executive to handle B2B sales of our Bio-Fertilizer products. The ideal candidate must be fluent in both Hindi and English and ready to travel to meet and develop relationships with dealers & distributors. The role focuses on expanding market presence and promoting sustainable agriculture solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, engage and onboard new agri-input distributors, retailers and institutional buyers.
• Promote and sell bio-fertilizers and organic agri inputs in target regions.
• Conduct field visits, product demonstrations, training and awareness programs for clients.
• Build long-term relationships with dealers in the agri ecosystem.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Gather market intelligence and provide feedback on customer preferences, trends, and competitors.

Candidate Requirements:

• 1–4 years of experience in B2B sales in agri-inputs, fertilizers, or agrochemicals (freshers with strong agri background may also apply).
• Fluent in both Hindi and English – spoken and written.
• Must be willing to travel .
• Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
• Basic computer skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in selling bio-fertilizers, organic inputs, or crop protection products.
• Understanding of sustainable farming practices and agri market dynamics.
• Existing network in the agri-input dealer/distributor community.
