Key Skills

• Sales Specialist However, should have prior telesales experience of 1+ year & should possess excellent inter-personal & analytical skills
• Attending/ Initiating Dialer based outbound calls, indulging in relevant research & marketing activities using various softwares, CRMs, Emails etc. to identify & convince B2B prospects to generate leads & close B2B Sales..
• Negotiating contracts & closing deals with prospects using strong analytical & communication skills
• Work closely with the

  inside sales team

  to prioritize high-value prospects.
• Meet personal targets and work towards meeting team targets
• Provide

  weekly and monthly reports

  on lead conversion rates, pipeline growth, and database expansion.
