Job Description

Your Role / Key Responsibilities:

Implement and consult on B2B Integration and Managed File Transfer solutions for global customers.
Work extensively on Sterling B2B Integrator and Sterling File Gateway.
Assess and perform upgrades and migrations (on-premises or cloud).
Optional: Work with containerized deployments (Red Hat OpenShift or Kubernetes).
Optional: Familiarity with Sterling Secure Proxy, Sterling External Authentication Server, Sterling Control Center, Connect: Direct, IBM Transformation Extender, and Partner Engagement Manager.
Design, install, configure, and validate solutions.
Perform unit testing, SIT, UAT, and performance testing.
Provide go-live and post go-live support.
Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in collaboration with IBM Support.

Your Profile:

5-8 years of strong experience in B2B Integration development and consulting.
Hands-on expertise with Sterling B2B Integrator and Sterling File Gateway.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Experience in solution design, installation, configuration, and validation.
Comfortable with global customer interactions and post-implementation support.
