Role Overview Description We're looking for a performance-driven Growth Marketing Specialist who can independently lead B2B marketing initiatives focused on the US tech market. This is a hands-on role where you'll build and execute campaigns that generate qualified leads and create real business impact. You'll report directly to leadership and collaborate closely with sales to align efforts. Key Responsibilities Plan and execute demand generation campaigns targeting US-based tech companies. Drive performance across paid campaigns, email automation, and LinkedIn outreach. Build and manage outbound sequences using tools like Clay and Instantly. Run growth experiments to identify what drives conversions and pipeline. Create campaign assets (messaging, briefs, sequences) and collaborate with internal teams as needed. Requirements 3-6 years of B2B growth or demand generation experience, ideally in IT services, talent/staffing, or tech-focused companies. Demonstrated success in generating business from US-based clients. Strong understanding of B2B funnel, lead qualification, and campaign optimization. Proficient in tools like LinkedIn Ads, HubSpot (or similar CRM/marketing automation tools), Instantly, and Clay. Excellent communication, campaign planning, and execution skills. Self-starter mindset with a bias for action and results.
