As a Bengaluru based meat and seafood company founded in 2015 by Abhay Hanjura and Vivek Gupta, you are India's most successful D2C food-tech brand operating in 20 cities across the country, delighting over 32 lac customers with fresh and delicious meat and seafood. **Role Overview:** You are searching for a dynamic and entrepreneurial leader to set up and launch the B2B Frozen Line division in India. Your responsibilities will include creating the business model from scratch, establishing a strong distribution network, managing P&L, and driving customer acquisition across HoReCa, caterers, and distributors in key cities. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead the setup and launch of the B2B frozen line across Bangalore and Mumbai as pilot markets, followed by expansion into other key Indian cities. - Define go-to-market strategy including channel mix, pricing, and distribution. - Establish a strong network of distributors, caterers, HoReCa customers, and institutional buyers. - Drive sales and volume growth through effective market penetration and strategic partnerships. - Negotiate and manage key account relationships, ensuring long-term business contracts. - Own and deliver the P&L for the new division, balancing topline growth with profitability. - Ensure effective demand forecasting, pricing, cost optimization, and margin management. - Work closely with internal stakeholders (supply chain, finance, marketing, R&D, manufacturing) to ensure seamless execution. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners, distributors, and large customers. - Establish operating SOPs for frozen product handling, cold chain logistics, and distributor onboarding. - Track KPIs across sales, distribution, profitability, and customer satisfaction. **Qualifications Required:** - 10-15 years of total experience, with 7-8 years in P&L management, sales, key account management, and new product/geography launch. - Proven track record of scaling FMCG distribution networks, preferably in frozen or packaged foods. - Strong commercial acumen with hands-on experience in business setup, channel expansion, and key account negotiations. - Exceptional stakeholder management and leadership skills. - Experience in frozen product distribution and cold chain operations.,
