Job Description

As an Azure Subject Matter Expert (SME), you will be responsible for planning, designing, and supporting deployment efforts for project-based assignments. Your role will involve providing technical leadership, incident management, service delivery automation, escalation management, and knowledge management. Key Responsibilities: - Manage Azure Incident Management by resolving 3rd line support tickets, sharing knowledge with L1 & L2 teams, ensuring SLA achievement, and providing technical leadership. - Implement Service Delivery Automation through automated workflows or scripts for resolving common customer environment issues. - Document operational procedures to ensure smooth support operation. - Handle escalation management by effectively escalating technical issues to professional service teams or Microsoft premier support. - Assist in knowledge management by maintaining an environment conducive to exchanging and sharing knowledge internally. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in IT infrastructure solutions. - Minimum of 4 years of experience in Azure public cloud. - Minimum of 1 year of experience in Azure Stack HCI and Azure stack hardware management. - Minimum of 1 year of experience in Azure Monitor. - Minimum of 4 years of experience deploying cloud-based infrastructure solutions. - Strong troubleshooting experience in Azure Infra and Azure network. - Experience with ITIL process. - Proficiency in deploying Azure Active Directory with on-premises Active Directory integration. - Familiarity with network-to-network connectivity with Azure Virtual Network Gateways, ExpressRoute, and vendor-specific VPN appliances. - Experience in deploying Azure networking, load balancing, security technologies, and storage services. - Proficiency in deploying virtual machines, migrating infrastructure resources, and implementing redundant solutions on Microsoft Azure. - Knowledge of Role-Based Access Controls, Identity Access Management policies, network planning, design, and security concepts. - Experience with Microsoft Windows Server troubleshooting, SQL Server, backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning. - Strong customer service orientation, written and verbal communication skills, organizational, and time management skills. - Desire to continuously learn new technologies.
