Role & responsibilities Azure SME + Network Support Consultant(With Linux) Experience: 4-6 yearsResponsibilities: Provide technical expertise and support for Azure cloud services, assisting in the design, implementation, and optimization of solutions.• Assist in network support and troubleshooting for LAN/WAN infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.• Monitor the performance and availability of Azure cloud resources and network infrastructure, identifying and resolving issues proactively.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and implement infrastructure changes, upgrades, and migrations.• Contribute to the design and implementation of security measures and compliance controls for Azure cloud environments and network infrastructure.• Document infrastructure configurations, network topologies, and support procedures for reference and knowledge sharing.• Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in cloud computing, networking, Linux administration, and cybersecurity.• Assist in performance tuning and optimization for Azure cloud services, network infrastructure, and Linux environments.• Participate in incident response and resolution for Azure cloud, network, and Linux-related issues.• Collaborate with vendors and third-party providers to troubleshoot and resolve network-related issues.• Contribute to the development and implementation of disaster recovery and business continuity plans for Azure cloud, network, and Linux environments.• Support junior team members and provide training on Azure cloud services, network infrastructure, and Linux administration concepts. Preferred candidate profile Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.• 4-6 years of experience in Azure cloud services, network infrastructure, and Linux administration.• Proficiency in Azure cloud services, with experience in designing and implementing solutions.• Hands-on experience in network support and troubleshooting for LAN/WAN infrastructure.• Knowledge of routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and other network devices.• Experience in planning and implementing infrastructure changes, upgrades, and migrations.• Understanding of security measures and compliance controls for Azure cloud environments.• Proficiency in Linux administration, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.• Excellent documentation and communication skills.• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.• Certifications such as Azure Solutions Architect, Azure Networking Engineer, Linux certifications, or equivalent are preferred.
