Job Description

Key Skills:

Roles & Responsibilities:

Assist in the deployment and management of Azure services including Azure Functions, File or Blob Storage, and Virtual Network.
Proactively monitor cloud infrastructure performance, alerts, warnings, and troubleshoot incidents.
Conduct incident investigation and resolution, ensuring minimal downtime.
Provide operational inputs to L3 SMEs for streamlining operations.
Collaborate with SMEs to implement security measures and compliance protocols.
Document incident resolutions, processes, and configuration changes in the cloud environment.

Experience Requirement:

5 - 8 years of experience in managing Azure services such as Virtual Networks, Azure Functions, and Blob/File Storage.
Skilled in troubleshooting infrastructure performance issues and conducting root cause analysis.
Familiarity with incident resolution processes and change documentation within cloud environments.
Exposure to working with cross-functional teams and supporting security compliance initiatives.
