Description

We are seeking an experienced Azure Databricks professional to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data engineering and be proficient in leveraging Azure Databricks to build robust data solutions.

Responsibilities

Design and implement data pipelines using Azure Databricks to process large datasets efficiently.
Collaborate with data engineers and data scientists to build scalable and maintainable data solutions.
Optimize existing Databricks workflows for performance and reliability.
Monitor and troubleshoot Azure Databricks jobs to ensure data integrity and availability.
Develop and maintain documentation for data processes and architectures.

Skills and Qualifications

6-8 years of experience in data engineering or related field.
Strong proficiency in Apache Spark and Databricks platform.
Hands-on experience with Azure services, particularly Azure Data Lake, Azure SQL Database, and Azure Data Factory.
Proficient in programming languages such as Python, Scala, or SQL.
Experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts.
Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines in a cloud environment.
Ability to analyze and visualize data using tools like Power BI or Tableau.
