Azure Data Engineer

Job Title:

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, business analysts, and software developers, to understand data requirements and design Azure-based data solutions.
• Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into Azure data warehouses or data lakes using services like

  Azure Data Factory

  and

  Azure Databricks

  .
• Implement data processing workflows and orchestration using Azure-native services to automate data ingestion, transformation, and analysis tasks.
• Optimize data storage, indexing, and partitioning strategies to ensure efficient data retrieval, query performance, and cost-effectiveness in

  Azure SQL Database

  Azure Synapse Analytics

  , or similar services.
• Develop and maintain data models, schemas, and governance standards to ensure data integrity, consistency, and security across the organization in the Azure ecosystem.
• Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines, identify performance bottlenecks, and implement optimizations to improve reliability, scalability, and maintainability on Azure.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3-7 years of hands-on experience in data engineering, database development, or related roles, with a focus on

  Azure cloud platform

• Strong proficiency in SQL programming and database design concepts, with experience working with relational databases like

• Expertise in Azure services and technologies, including
