Azure Data Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the implementation of infrastructure-as-code using Azure services and deployment technologies.
Develop and maintain Azure solutions using
Terraform
,
ARM templates
, and
Azure DevOps
.
Act as the escalation point for Level 3 Azure-related technical issues.
Collaborate with teams to gather business requirements and design scalable solutions.
Provide documentation for design, development, and deployment processes.
Mentor support teams and assist with security testing and hardening.
Ensure best practices in CI/CD, DevOps, and cloud architecture.

Must-Have Skills & Qualifications:

46 years of experience as a
Data Engineer
in
Azure Cloud
environments.
Hands-on experience with
Databricks
,
Azure Data Factory
, and
PySpark
.
Strong knowledge of
Terraform
,
ARM templates
, and
Azure DevOps
.
Proven experience in infrastructure automation and public cloud environments.
Experience with
security testing
and
system hardening
.
Strong communication and documentation skills.
Relevant certifications in Microsoft Azure (preferred).
Willingness to work outside standard hours when needed.
