As an Azure Cognitive Service and AI Developer at EY, you will be part of a globally connected powerhouse of diverse teams that are shaping the future with confidence. Your role will involve utilizing your skills in Azure and Python to contribute to building a better working world. **Key Responsibilities:** - Strong knowledge in Azure Web Services and Azure SQL - Implementing computer vision techniques such as image analysis, OCR, and facial recognition using Azure APIs - Performing text analytics tasks including sentiment analysis, key phrase extraction, and language detection - Utilizing speech services for speech-to-text, text-to-speech, and speaker recognition - Building and training language models with Language Understanding (LUIS) - Integrating bots with cognitive capabilities using Azure Bot Services - Working with generative AI models on Azure AI Studio/OpenAI on Azure - Managing security and compliance aspects such as keys, endpoints, and access control - Proficiency in core Python concepts including data structures, OOP, and exception handling - Consuming REST APIs (e.g., Azure SDKs) for API integration - Data processing using pandas, NumPy, and json for data manipulation - Familiarity with AI/ML libraries like scikit-learn, transformers, or OpenAI SDKs **Qualifications Required:** - Experience in Component-Based Architecture and building reusable functional components using React - Proficiency in React Hooks such as useState, useEffect, useContext, and custom hooks - Knowledge of State Management using Context API, Redux Toolkit, or Zustand - Experience in API integration to fetch and display data from Azure services In addition to technical skills, soft skills required for this role include excellent communication skills, being a team player, self-starter, highly motivated, ability to handle high-pressure situations, excellent presentation skills, and the ability to work effectively with globally distributed teams. As an Azure Cognitive Service and AI Developer at EY, you will play a crucial role in understanding existing application architecture, designing individual components, working in an agile scrum environment, hands-on development, hosting applications on Azure cloud, developing framework and core functionality, identifying gaps and providing solutions, mentoring junior developers, reviewing code, staying updated with latest technologies, and designing highly secured and scalable web applications on Azure cloud.
