Azure Cloud Engineer

We are looking for a solid Azure Cloud DevOps/Software Engineer who has a strong understanding of cloud concepts and can deliver large-scale features in cloud technology from end-to-end. This individual will provide patterns, design, implement PoCs, and establish the right frameworks in a fast-paced environment.

Primary Responsibilities

• Create Terraform scripts for infrastructure creation
• Manage infrastructure in Azure Cloud
• Create CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and Jenkins
• Ensure applications and infrastructure are secure with firewall and NSG rules
• Design and implement cloud network topology (VNET, DNS, IP ranges) ensuring security
• Migrate applications from On-Prem to Cloud
• Drive initiatives end-to-end including cross-team interaction, demos, and design discussions
• Architect and implement complex cloud initiatives independently
• Mentor junior team members and guide them in delivering cloud workloads
• Monitor roadmap progress and raise risks proactively
• Create PoCs to demonstrate feasibility of complex solutions
• Ensure compliance with security and privacy standards during design and migration

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with enterprise infrastructure and applications
• Strong experience in Azure cloud infrastructure architecture, design, and development
• Hands-on with key Azure services (Active Directory, VM Scale Sets, VMs, AKS, ACR, Storage, VNET, Load Balancers, NSG, Firewall, Monitoring)
• Proficiency in Terraform/Ansible, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Azure DevOps, Unix/PowerShell scripting, Python
• Experience managing security certificates, keys, and password rotation
• Knowledge of cloud-native architectures, PaaS/IaaS, and microservices
• Familiarity with Kanban methodologies and TDD
• Experience with cloud security principles and conducting security design assessments
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills

• Healthcare industry experience
• Experience with other cloud technologies
• Skills in Ansible, Python, Java, Spring, WebServices, Databases
