Job Description

We are seeking a skilled

Azure AD Specialist

with hands-on experience in

implementation, migration, and maintenance of Azure Active Directory (AD)

. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in

Azure AD administration

and familiarity with

Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), scripting (Python), and Azure DevOps

. This role will support the

platform team

in a Distribution sector account, ensuring smooth management of identities, access, and Azure AD services.

Key Responsibilities

Implement, migrate, and maintain
Azure AD services
and associated components.
Manage
user identities, groups, and roles
, ensuring secure access across the organization.
Support
integration with on-premises Active Directory
and other cloud applications.
Develop and maintain
automation scripts
using
Python or Terraform
for provisioning and operational tasks.
Collaborate with cloud and DevOps teams to
enhance Azure AD processes
.
Troubleshoot and resolve
Azure AD-related issues
to ensure high availability and reliability.
Prepare technical documentation, guidelines, and best practices for Azure AD management.
Participate in
knowledge transfer and mentoring
of junior team members.

Required Skills and Qualifications

3 4 years of hands-on experience
in
Azure AD implementation, migration, and maintenance
.
Strong knowledge of
identity and access management (IAM)
principles.
Familiarity with
Azure AD Connect, SSO, MFA, and conditional access policies
.
Experience with
user provisioning, group management, and role-based access control (RBAC)
.
Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaborate within cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills / Good to Have

Hands-on experience with
Terraform
