Ayurvedic Therapist

1.       Role Overview: We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Ayurveda Therapist to join our Integrated Wellness Center. The therapist will be responsible for delivering authentic Ayurvedic therapies and treatments under the guidance of an Ayurveda physician. The role involves performing therapies such as Abhyanga, Shirodhara, Panchakarma procedures, and other Ayurveda-based treatments while ensuring patient comfort, safety, and adherence to holistic wellness standards.2.       Key Responsibilities:Therapy Delivery·       Perform Ayurvedic treatments such as Abhyanga (oil massage), Shirodhara, Panchakarma therapies (Vamana, Virechana, Basti, Nasya, Raktamokshana) as prescribed by the doctor.·       Prepare herbal oils, decoctions, and therapy materials as per treatment protocols.·       Assist the Ayurveda doctor in executing treatment plans and monitoring patient responses.·       Provide pre-therapy and post-therapy instructions to patients for maximum benefit. Clinical & Therapy Assistance·      Ensure a calm, healing, and professional environment during therapies. ·      Explain therapy procedures to patients and address queries with empathy. ·      Maintain patient dignity, privacy, and comfort throughout the treatment. ·      Document therapies conducted and update patient treatment records. Operational & Safety Responsibilities·       Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of therapy rooms and equipment.·       Follow safety, sterilization, and infection-control protocols.·       Manage stock of Ayurvedic oils, herbs, and consumables. 3.       Qualifications & Experience·      Certified Ayurveda Therapist (Diploma/Certificate in Ayurvedic Panchakarma Therapy or equivalent). ·      Minimum 2–5 years of practical experience in delivering Ayurvedic therapies. ·      Hands-on expertise in Panchakarma and rejuvenation treatments. ·      Basic knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and Ayurvedic principles. ·      Prior experience in a wellness center, Ayurveda clinic, or spa is preferred.   4.      Skills & Competencies ·      Proficiency in traditional Ayurvedic therapies and techniques. ·      Strong patient-handling and communication skills. ·      Ability to work in collaboration with multi-disciplinary wellness teams (nutritionists, physiotherapists, yoga therapists). ·      Attention to detail, cleanliness, and therapy precision. ·      Compassionate, calm, and service-oriented approach. ·      Compassionate and patient-friendly approach.   5.       Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)·      Quality and consistency in therapy execution. ·      Patient satisfaction and repeat engagement. ·      Compliance with treatment protocols and safety standards. ·      Efficient management of therapy materials and resources. ·      Contribution to holistic treatment outcomes under physician guidance   6.      Compensation & Benefits ·      Competitive salary with incentives based on therapy sessions. ·      Training opportunities in integrative wellness and cross-therapy exposure. ·      Career growth in an expanding integrated healthcare ecosystem. ·      Supportive and holistic work environment.
