Position Overview: We are seeking a qualified and compassionate Ayurvedic Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Ayurvedic principles and experience in consulting patients, preferably in a teleconsultation or digital health setting. Key Responsibilities: Conduct virtual /Tele consultations with clients based on Ayurvedic principles Understand patient history, symptoms, and lifestyle to provide personalized wellness plans Recommend appropriate Ayurvedic products and therapies Maintain accurate consultation records and follow-ups Collaborate with the sales and customer support teams for continuity of care Educate clients about diet, lifestyle, and herbal remedies as per Ayurvedic science Qualifications: BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery) or equivalent Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Ayurvedic consulting (teleconsultation) Good understanding of classical Ayurvedic texts and modern application Excellent communication and empathy skills Fluent in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus) Preferred Skills: Experience with international patients/clients Exposure to Ayurvedic product recommendations Prior work in wellness or healthcare start-ups or telehealth platforms Work Hours: 10 to 7 PM Monday - Saturday (Sunday- Off) What We Offer: Attractive salary + performance incentives Opportunity to be part of a growing Ayurvedic wellness brand Training, development, and knowledge sharing with experienced professionals How to Apply: Send your updated resume and registration/license details to [Kirti@muditam.com] Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Flexible schedule Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Performance bonus Work Location: In person Application Deadline: 31/05/2025 Expected Start Date: 02/06/2025
