As a full-time Ayurvedic Beauty Care Products Formulator based in New Delhi, you will have the flexibility to work partly from home. Your role will primarily focus on conducting research and development for new formulations, performing laboratory tests, and ensuring successful technology transfer. You will be responsible for formulating beauty care products, researching new ingredients and technologies, and upholding high-quality standards in all formulations. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct research and development for new formulations - Perform laboratory tests to ensure product quality - Manage technology transfer processes effectively - Formulate beauty care products following Ayurvedic principles - Research and integrate new ingredients and technologies - Maintain high-quality standards in all formulations Qualifications Required: - Expertise in laboratory skills and formulation - Experience in research and development (R&D) and conducting research - Proficiency in technology transfer processes - Strong understanding of Ayurvedic principles and ingredients - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Pharmaceuticals, or related field - Previous experience in the beauty care or cosmetic industry is a plus,
