Role Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic medical professional with a pleasant personality and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate is passionate about patient care and committed to increasing footfall by building strong patient relationships and promoting their services effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality medical consultation and treatment with a patient-centered approach.
Actively engage with patients, address their concerns, and involve them in treatment decisions.
Increase patient footfall and build a strong, loyal patient base responsible for the center's revenue growth.
Promote the clinic’s services through outreach activities and digital engagement.
Maintain professional hygiene standards and ensure the best patient experience.
Participate in continuous training to enhance therapist quality and treatment methods.
Conduct online workshops and create social media content to educate and promote healthcare services.
Maintain accurate medical records and adhere to best healthcare practices.

Key Requirements:

Experience: 3-5 years in a clinical or hospital setting.
Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and public speaking skills.
Personality: Pleasant, empathetic, and patient-focused.
Commitment: Passionate about improving patient care and clinic growth
Qualification: BAMS

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
