We're seeking a passionate and experienced Ayurvedic consultant and product formulation specialist to co-found our women's health company. You will play a pivotal role in formulating innovative Ayurvedic products, ensuring quality standards, and driving product development. Responsibilities: ⁠⁠Develop Ayurvedic product formulations aligned with our vision ⁠Collaborate with manufacturing partners to ensure product quality ⁠⁠Conduct market research and identify product opportunities ⁠Contribute to business strategy and decision-making Qualifications: ⁠BAMS/MD (Ayurveda) with expertise in product formulation ⁠Proven experience in product development and formulation ⁠Strong understanding of FSSAI regulations and quality standards ⁠⁠Strong communication skills in both English and Malayalam ⁠⁠Ability to present effectively on social media and participate in pitch sessions ⁠⁠⁠Experience in creating reels and short-form videos is a plus ⁠⁠⁠Passion for women's health and wellness Job Type: Full-time Benefits: Flexible schedule Work from home Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 01/07/2025
