Job Description

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

Expertise in Axway B2Bi Integration Maps development, Onboarding of EDI B2B Suppliers
Strong experience in L2 and L3 activities for Axway B2Bi Production Support of Interfaces and Platforms
Strong hands-on in developing and supporting Integration Interfaces
Very good problem-solving and analytical skills
Timely updates and good communication with all Stakeholders
Continuous learning of modernized Integration platforms (cloud native Integrations and latest iPaaS products
Hands-on in AI agents, AI agent platforms like co-pilot
Good understanding of using AI platforms for Integration fixes and new builds
Good hands-on in Integration Monitoring tools and dashboards
Proactive monitoring and providing continuous improvements in Support activities
