vesu branch loan center experience is good and I asked the assistant manager to change my Rate of interest in my home loan account. He answered very politely and explained the full details.

Assistant are very careless about documentation. Unnecessary you need to come to loan center frequently.. specifically ladies staff in vesu Axis Bank home loan department... I need to come to office 3 time for only signature.. as they forgot to ask me for signature on document...
