Very rude behaviour from the staff .. one of the lady msged me last day from RAC .she was talk to very harsh and threatening. I can't access my axis account because am a nri. very bad experience.

Always make sure the CIBIL score is reviewed before applying loan. Take a CIBIL report and then share it to only Axis bank email ids. Never ever share that to any gmail ids or yahoo ids of those executives.. these guys say so many things for loans.. all these are for their monthly login targets. Beware!

Don't chose ever, taking soo much time, and credit valuvaters are irresponsible. After taking 2 months they will inform, our loan is not possible.

Don't open account here. One of the worst banking policies and customer service. If you open the account they will never close your account and it will go negative always even if you clear it. And the staff is arrogent and not even attending calls. Overall a negative experience. Never do banking with them.

Which loan center says no modt cancelation is done here. They don't know if they do it or not also. All loan centers do it but here they say they don't do it.
