I had a terrible experience with the head office, especially with Koustubh, the manager. I applied for a credit card, but my application was rejected. An employee advised me to speak to Koustubh to resolve the issue. I spoke with him, and he said he would address it, but he didn’t even read my messages. The staff is not professional.”

Very poor service It has taken more than 15 days to register complaint to get revised forclosure letter.Have already written 5 mails and called equal num er of times to just get revised forclosure.customer support team .needs 7 working days to register complaint and 25 working days more to resolve it that too they wont write
