They don't help you to fix things. They will try to convince you everything is okay related to your accounts till the time you don't show them their mistake. It's been 8 months I'm visiting their for the solution but they are just providing me new case number that's all.

Slowest responding loan branch, I have ever seen. I transferred my loan from HDFC to Axis and I am worried if I did a mistake. HDFC was way better in professionalism.

The worst centre of any bank can ever have... I have paid the loan amount on 02 nov 2022. But they have not settled till 24 nov 2022. Nobody is taking responsibility for my loss due to their mistake they charge me 20,000 interest

This is loan centre and customer can come in here for request or services related to Axis Bank loan only. Parking is not available in the building. You can park behind the building parking at Rs 20/hour for four wheeler. To avoid rush, visit in early working hours and avoid Saturdays.

worst banking experience, deducted loan amount twice, still no support from loan branch or tele customer service,, dont have loan with axis bank, a wise suggestion from a harassed customer.

Worst services in loan they do fraud with customer for making money don't go with axis bank very fraud bank . Transfer your loan to other bank from this fraud bank.
