dont take loan from here. once loan is paid and you need help to clear HPN from your RC they will make you run again and again. that time all promises of phone and mail banking will go off and they will ask to visit branch everytime.

The worst bank in India. Just avoid Axis Bank at all costs as there is no customer service at all they can just debit charges from your account unnecessarily and talking about loan centre they don’t care about customers, the staff just keeps talking to each other and the customers keep waiting for their turn.

I went to axis Bank sodala branch, I went axis Bank for loan close on the 2nd floor, there is a lady on 2nd desk, she has no manners, I want to request to axis Bank, please teach her ,how to talk with customers. I am very disappointed.

Service of axis bank is not good and the executive & its staff are taking too much time to complete process. The work which should be complete in10-15 days that work are not been completed in 45 days. This is my personal experience. After 45 days u will not get positive results. The are not satisfying its customers.
