Role Overview: As an AX Functional Consultant at Hitachi Solutions, you will be involved in all aspects of implementing and supporting Dynamics solutions. This includes tasks from pre-sales activities to project life cycle management, go-live support, and ongoing assistance. Your main responsibilities will revolve around leading Solution Design sessions, aiding in configuration, managing data migration deliverables, creating interface design documents, functional design documents, and troubleshooting customizations. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze business processes (Finance, Operations, Trade & Logistics) to pinpoint areas for enhancement - Find innovative solutions to meet requirements without necessitating custom code development - Comprehend the functional capabilities and limitations of out-of-the-box features and custom code - Align customer requirements with technological capabilities and Microsoft's continuous release plans Qualification Required: - 1-4 years of experience within D365 - Specialization in one or more of Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Integration, Security - Qualified Chartered Accountant / MBA (Finance/Operations) - Fluent in English - Strong communication and consulting skills Additional Information: Join Hitachi Solutions and become part of a vibrant and fulfilling work environment.
