AX Functional Consultant

You would be responsible for deeply understanding the Microsoft Dynamics AX platform and architecting solutions that yield positive outcomes for clients. Your role will involve interfacing with customer project stakeholders, such as C-level management and directors, to gather business and functional requirements. As a subject matter expert, you will focus on application design, feature optimization, availability, scalability, user experience, visualization, and data integrity. Additionally, you will develop functional specification designs, define functional requirements, and business scenarios. It will be crucial for you to ensure a smooth transition of requirements to delivery and development consultants for successful delivery to the end customer. You will also lead quality management reviews, engage with project teams to gather assets and best practices, and integrate methodologies to enhance the end customer experience. Key Responsibilities: - Deep understanding of the Microsoft Dynamics AX platform - Architect solutions to meet client needs - Interface with customer project stakeholders to gather requirements - Develop functional specification designs and define requirements - Lead quality management reviews and engage with project teams - Integrate methodologies and gather best practices for enhancing customer experience Qualifications Required: - B.Tech / B.E qualification - Over two years of Microsoft Dynamics AX implementation experience - Experience with complimentary third-party solutions to AX - AX certifications in Finance preferred - SCM, Human Resources, Accounting, and Trade and Logistics knowledge is a plus - Strong time management, prioritization, and communication skills - Experience in highly collaborative teams and producing work products such as functional requirements, design, and test plans - Prior consulting organization experience is preferred - Flexibility to travel up to 75%,
