AWS Snowflake - Tech Lead

JOB POSITION

Carelon Global Solutions India is seeking Tech Lead who have experience in cloud and snowflake technologies and accountable for solutioning and designing of applications.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

• 8+ years of experience in Software development.
• 3+ years of experience technologies like AWS, Snowflake
• Knowledge in Teradata and proficient in writing Bteq
• Write complex SQL queries.
• Working experience with database environment - understanding relational database structure and hands-on SQL knowledge to extract/manipulate data for variance testing.
• Performing code reviews and pair programming
• Supporting and enhancing current applications
• Design, develop, test, and implement the application investigate and resolve complex issues while supporting existing applications.
• Worked in Agile teams and having Safe Agile knowledge.
• Establishes and maintains collaborative relationships with key business partners.
• Dedicated and takes ownership of the projects end to end delivery, should attend any calls related to the project and provide proper guidance to the team members.
• Ability to multi-task and switch context to changing priorities in a highly dynamic environment.
• Good Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and analytical skills.
• Ensure team follows coding best practices and follow standard processes like code review etc.
• Experience with DevOps and Continuous Integration/Delivery (CI/CD) concepts and tools such as Bit bucket and Bamboo

QUALIFICATION

• Bachelors or master’s degree

EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business administration, healthcare, or a related field.

• 8+

  years of experience in Software development.

• 3+

  years of experience technologies like AWS, Snowflake
• US Healthcare experience areas in or more of the subject areas including claims, membership, payer, provider, benefits management etc.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Highly motivated with excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in Backlog Management, Prioritization and Agile ceremonies
• Experience working with cross-functional teams using agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, Confluence, etc.
• Experienced in providing technical solutions and working closely with architecture and dev teams to derive the desired outcome.
• Strong SQL skills.
• Should be well versed with agile framework like Kanban, Scrum, and SAFe (Optional)
