Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an AWS Server Manager located in Howrah. The AWS Server Manager will be responsible for managing AWS server instances, performing regular system maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring system security. They will also be involved in optimizing server performance, managing backups, and providing technical support to other team members. Additionally, the AWS Server Manager will be expected to document processes, monitor system performance, and collaborate with other departments to meet organizational objectives.

Experience

Minimum 1 year of Experience is a must. This is in-office Profile and no Remote / Hybrid work allowed

The office is situated in Howrah, Kolkata, West Bengal

Qualifications

• Experience with troubleshooting and managing Linux servers
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Demonstrated team leadership abilities
• Proven ability to manage and optimize AWS server environments
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Industry certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified SysOps Administrator, or similar
