About the Role We are looking for an AI/ML Engineer to join our team and build intelligent systems that combine data, machine learning, and large language models (LLMs) to power real-world applications. You will work on designing, training, and deploying models that deliver insights, recommendations, and tailored outputs for end users. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys building practical AI features, moving quickly from prototype to production, and continuously improving systems with user feedback. Key Responsibilities Develop and deploy machine learning models for ranking, scoring, and recommendations. Design and implement NLP/LLM-powered features such as text generation, summarization, and contextual insights. Integrate third-party AI APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Cohere) into product workflows and optimize for cost/performance. Build pipelines for data collection, cleaning, and enrichment to ensure high-quality training and inference. Implement semantic search and vector-based matching systems using embeddings and vector databases. Monitor, evaluate, and retrain models to improve accuracy and adapt to new data. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to embed AI functionality into user-facing applications. Required Skills & Experience Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with API integrations. Experience with ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Scikit-learn . Hands-on experience with NLP/LLMs (Hugging Face, LangChain, RAG, fine-tuning). Knowledge of vector search technologies (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, Elasticsearch). Proficiency with SQL/NoSQL databases and ETL/data pipelines. Experience deploying models in production (REST APIs, Docker, cloud services). Strong understanding of applied ML: model evaluation, monitoring, and iteration. Nice-to-Have Experience building recommendation systems or semantic matching engines.
