About the Role:

Contract-to-Hire (CTH)

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade microservices using

  Java (8+)

  and

  Spring Boot

• Implement scalable, distributed systems with

  Kafka

  for event streaming
• Develop cloud-native applications utilizing AWS services such as:

• S3

  (object storage)

• Lambda

  (serverless compute)

• ECS

  (container orchestration)
• Collaborate with frontend, DevOps, QA, and product teams for successful feature rollouts
• Optimize system performance and ensure availability, security, and scalability
• Participate in code reviews, knowledge sharing, and technical discussions

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum

  5+ years

  of hands-on experience in backend development
• Strong command of

  Java 8+

  ,

  Spring Boot

  , and

  Microservices

• Proficiency in using

  Apache Kafka

  for real-time data streaming
• Sound experience working with

  AWS services
