AWS DevOps Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, deploy, and maintain

  AWS cloud infrastructure

  using best practices.
• Build and manage

  CI/CD pipelines

  using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or AWS CodePipeline.
• Automate provisioning and configuration using

  Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible

  .
• Implement

  monitoring, logging, and alerting

  using CloudWatch, Prometheus, or Grafana.
• Manage

  Docker containers and Kubernetes clusters (EKS)

  for application deployment.
• Ensure

  security, compliance, and cost optimization

  across AWS environments.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth

  code releases and deployments

  .
• Troubleshoot system issues and ensure

  high availability and performance

  of applications.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience with

  AWS core services

  (EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, RDS, Lambda, ECS/EKS, CloudFront).
• Proficiency with

  Infrastructure as Code (IaC)

  Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Experience with

  CI/CD tools

  Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or AWS CodePipeline.
• Expertise in

  Linux administration, shell scripting

  , and automation.
• Familiarity with

  containerization

  (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of

  monitoring and logging tools

  (CloudWatch, Prometheus, ELK Stack).
• Hands-on with

  Git version control

  and

  Agile methodologies

  .
• Understanding of

  networking concepts, load balancing, and security groups

  .

Nice to Have:

• AWS Certified DevOps Engineer or Solutions Architect certification.
  
• Experience with

  Python or Bash scripting

  for automation.
• Exposure to

  multi-cloud or hybrid environments

  (Azure/GCP).
• Knowledge of

  cost optimization and performance tuning

  in AWS.

Education:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
