What You’ll Be Doing

• Building and shipping cloud-native apps using AWS tools like Lambda, API Gateway, S3, DynamoDB, ECS/EKS, Step Functions, etc.
• Creating REST APIs and backend services that are reliable, clean, and easy to scale.
• Setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines—automation is key.
• Writing solid, maintainable code in Python or Node.js.
• Keeping security tight with IAM, KMS, encryption, and secrets handling.
• Debugging, monitoring, and optimizing apps so they perform at their best.
• Working closely with DevOps, Data Engineering, and Product to deliver awesome features.
• Documenting workflows, architecture, and deployment processes so everyone stays in sync.

What We’re Looking For

• 4–8 years of hands-on software development experience.
• Strong skills in AWS and cloud-native architecture.
• Proficiency in Python or Node.js.
• Experience with microservices, serverless systems, or container-based setups.
• A builder’s mindset—comfortable taking ownership and shipping independently.
