Taking a lead role within the CCM BDC squad - delivering enhancements to existing service, dealing with any issues/bugs and migrating to a new cloud infrastructure. Delivering to time, budget and quality With oversight of solutions that deliver complex communications to service our customers. Leading and mentoring junior team members to further their technical prowess. Able to support production through 24*7 on call We value up-skilling the entire team.
