Job Title: AWS Data Engineer - 2 Positions. Location: Hyderabad, India (Onsite) Type: Full-time Experience Level: Mid to Senior About the Role We are seeking an experienced AWS Data Engineer to build and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance data pipelines on AWS. You will work closely with data analysts, scientists, and business teams to support data-driven decision-making across the organization. Responsibilities · Design, build, and maintain ETL pipelines using AWS Glue, Lambda, and Step Functions. · Develop data ingestion pipelines from various structured and unstructured sources to AWS S3 and Redshift. · Implement real-time data streaming with Kinesis or Kafka. · Optimize data storage formats (Parquet, ORC) and manage data lake lifecycle. · Work with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions. · Monitor and troubleshoot data workflows with CloudWatch and CloudTrail. · Enforce data quality, security, and governance policies across all pipelines. · Collaborate with DevOps for CI/CD and infrastructure automation (Terraform/CloudFormation). Requirements · 3+ years of experience in data engineering with AWS. · Strong hands-on with AWS services: S3, Glue, Redshift, EMR, Kinesis, Lambda. · Proficiency in Python and SQL ; Spark or PySpark is a plus. · Experience with data modeling and warehouse/lake architecture. · Familiar with IAM, encryption, and cost optimization best practices. · AWS Data Engineer or Solutions Architect certification is preferred.
