Job Description

Key Responsibilities

AWD Core Development
:

Hands-on expertise in AWD core development, including:
Interfaces with AWD.
Web services integration.
AWD front-end JavaScript.
AWD MI Analytics Reporting.

Requirement Analysis
:

Critically evaluate and analyze information from multiple sources to:
Reconcile conflicts and decompose high-level information into detailed insights.
Abstract low-level information into generalized understanding.
Differentiate user requests from underlying true needs.

User Story Compilation
:

Gather and compile user stories and requirements through in-depth analysis of:
Workflows.
Data platforms and features.
External specifications.

Workflow Solution Design
:

Design and develop workflow solutions using the
AWD vendor product
in compliance with BPMN and group standards.
Ensure alignment with the HSS workflow strategy.

Implementation and Rollout
:

Implement workflow solutions across the full delivery lifecycle.
Ensure high-quality deliverables and prepare documents for compliance and audit requirements.

Issue Resolution
:

Investigate functional issues and gaps during iterative build or testing processes.

User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
:

Arrange and support UAT to validate the quality of deliverables.
Assist the business team in completing functional testing.

Ongoing Support
:

Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing workflow solutions.

Essential Experience

Core Experience
:

1-2 years of experience in software design, development, and testing in a global environment.

Vendor Product Knowledge
:

Working experience with
BusinessOptix
and
ActiveOps
is an advantage.

Technical Skills
:

Proficiency in AWD workflow development and related technologies.

Analytical Abilities
:

Strong skills in analyzing and translating user requirements into actionable solutions.
