Job Summary:

Infrastructure Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

Assess existing on-premises infrastructure (servers, networks, storage, security) for cloud readiness.
Design and implement scalable cloud infrastructure architectures using AWS best practices.
Plan and execute migration strategies including Lift & Shift, Replatforming, and Rearchitecting.
Perform infrastructure sizing, capacity planning, and cost estimation for cloud environments.
Utilize cloud migration tools such as AWS Migration Hub, CloudEndure, and AWS Migration Evaluator.
Configure cloud networking, security, identity, and access management.
Provide guidance on IaaS, PaaS, and hybrid cloud solutions with a focus on compliance and security.
Automate infrastructure deployment using Terraform and other IaC tools.
Collaborate with application, database, and security teams to ensure seamless migration.
Troubleshoot and optimize cloud environments for performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency.
Document technical architectures, migration plans, and operational procedures.
Stay current with emerging cloud technologies and industry trends.
