AVP/Sr. AVP - US TAX

As an ACCA Affiliate/Member with 8+ years of experience in UK Accounts, you are the ideal candidate for the position of AVP US Tax at our company. In this role, you will lead our US Tax service line, managing compliance and advisory services across various forms while focusing on client satisfaction, team development, automation initiatives, and business growth. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the preparation and review of federal tax returns, including Form 1040, 1120, 1065, and 990, ensuring compliance with IRS regulations and staying updated on changes in US tax laws. - Provide strategic tax planning and advisory services to clients, offering valuable insights to help them navigate complex tax issues. Client Relationship Management: - Build and maintain strong relationships with US-based clients, acting as a trusted advisor and delivering high-value solutions to meet their needs. - Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention through exceptional service and resolution of tax challenges. Team Leadership & Development: - Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing tax team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning. - Conduct regular performance reviews and training sessions to support the professional growth of team members. Tax Automation & Process Improvement: - Collaborate with technology teams to develop and implement tax automation solutions, optimizing workflows and driving digital transformation in tax processes. Business Strategy & P&L Ownership: - Take ownership of the profit and loss (P&L) responsibility for the US Tax vertical, contributing to strategic planning, budgeting, and initiatives to achieve business targets. - Drive revenue growth and operational efficiency through strategic initiatives and business development efforts.
