Handle due-diligence and pre/post IPO/ QIP process d. Have thorough knowledge of SEBI and capital market related regulations e. Have sound knowledge of products like IPO, QIP, Rights, Buy-back etc. f. Have a good understanding of the regulatory nuances and should have completed few IPO/QIP transactions in left lead role g. Help in preparing relevant sections of pitch/credential book h.
