Essential Job Functions
- Works independently to produce model validations analyses for clients or deposit/loan analytics as needed
- Contributes to the development and maintenance of analytics to align with industry best practices, changing client needs, marketplace, and regulatory environment.
- Provides continuous client support, works with Business Development team, model vendors, IT, and colleagues in terms of clients inquiries, model implementation issues and utilization.
- Provides internal support to peers including peer report reviews and assistance on preferred practices.
- Such other activities as may be assigned by your manager
Qualifications/ Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in finance, economics, statistics, or mathematics or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 6+ years of industry and/or relevant experience, typically with 1+ years in a Senior Associate level role or external equivalent.
- Minimum 3-7 years of related experience in financial modeling (regression, forecasting, credit), model validations, banking expertise in Treasury / Asset Liability Management (ALM), risk management and/or CECL or related PH.D. experience
- For validation team, understanding of key software models utilized such as Empyrean, FIS Banc ware, Fiserv, Profit Star, QRM, ZM strongly preferred
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and SQL preferred
- Excellent and diligent communication skills both verbal and written - with the ability to interact with all levels of financial organizations and interact at all levels of sophistication is required
The annual full time base salary range for this role is
?1.00 - ?1.00Specific compensation is determined through interviews and a review of relevant education, experience, training, skills, geographic location and alignment with market data.
