Position:

AVP – Production

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead production operations across large-scale agrochemical plants, ensuring adherence to production targets, quality standards, and statutory compliance.
• Oversee large teams (200+ workforce including managers, engineers, and operators).
• Drive cost optimization, process improvements, and productivity enhancement.
• Ensure regulatory and statutory compliance specific to chemical/agrochemical industries.
• Provide strategic leadership, decision-making, and business results orientation.

Candidate Profile:

• B.E./B.Tech in Chemical Engineering (preferably from reputed institutes).
• 20–22+ years of experience in large-scale chemical/agrochemical manufacturing with 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven expertise in handling large facilities with strong knowledge of plant operations, chemical processes, and process safety.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
