AVP - Product Management-UPI- Bank- Mumbai

As an AVP Product Management UPI at a leading Pvt Bank, your role will involve leading the end-to-end product lifecycle for UPI P2M. This includes tasks such as concept and design, launching, scaling up, and continuous optimization of the product. Your responsibilities will include: - Defining and executing a clear product roadmap aligned with business strategy, regulatory requirements, and evolving market needs. - Collaborating with engineering, operations, compliance, business, and design teams to deliver robust, scalable, and secure UPI P2M solutions. - Driving API-first product development with a strong focus on performance, reliability, merchant experience, and platform scalability. - Monitoring and improving key product metrics such as transaction success rates, latency, uptime, merchant onboarding efficiency, and platform stability. - Ensuring strict compliance with NPCI guidelines and managing all audit, certification, regulatory, and risk-control processes. - Preparing comprehensive product documentation, training material, release notes, and internal communication to ensure stakeholder alignment and readiness. Qualifications required for this role include a minimum of 5 to 6 years of work experience in product management, with at least 2 years specifically in UPI product management.
