Job Description

Role Overview: As an Assistant Vice President/ Vice President in the P&C Insurance Broker Support Team, you will serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), contributing significantly to the growth of the Insurance Service Line. Your primary focus will be on the U.S. P&C insurance markets with a special emphasis on commercial lines. Experience in Life and Brokerage sectors would be beneficial for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Manage a portfolio of one or two major Genpact insurance broker support products/solutions - Co-manage existing Genpact insurance brokerage clients - Develop new products through partnerships - Formulate go-to-market strategies - Respond to RFPs and business proposals - Ensure SLAs and deliverables are met - Maintain relationships with key client decision-makers - Mentor team members - Lead operations delivery Qualification Required: - Extensive experience in Insurance operations - Strong analytical skills - Deep understanding of the P&C insurance lifecycle - Thorough knowledge of the U.S. P&C insurance ecosystem - Engagement experience with senior-level insurance company executives - Proficiency in developing go-to-market strategies - Excellent communication skills - Hands-on knowledge of MS Office - College degree Additional Company Details: This position is based in Madurai.
