Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Manage marine underwriting portfolio, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Analyze risk factors, assess potential losses, and make informed decisions on policy placement. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve complex issues related to claims processing and customer service. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and market developments to continuously improve underwriting practices. Desired Candidate Profile 5-10 years of experience in commercial line non-motor SME business or marine underwriting. Strong understanding of marine cargo insurance products and services offered by various companies. Excellent analytical skills for evaluating risks and making sound judgments about policy placement. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities simultaneously.
